At Hug we want to make a change in the wasteful culture of Fast Fashion. The most important thing you can do to support our mission is to buy consciously. We’re required by law to give you 14 days to change your mind, so of course you can return the bag you bought. But please keep in mind it isn’t very sustainable to do.
Each bag is one of a kind thanks to the pieces of reused leather they’re made of and we understand that it’s difficult to choose from. To give you a helping hand, you can always request for a sample. This way you can see and feel the leather before deciding which Hug will be yours.
Did you end up making the wrong choice, despite everything? No problem, just contact us at info@huginmybag. You can exchange your bag for another one or you can send it back to us and you will receive your money back. Please be aware that the shipping costs are for your own account.
All our bags are handmade with great care and love, so we expect to get them back in exactly the same condition.
The same applies to our inner fabrics with the exception of the personal lining. The personal lining is tailor made from your own garment(s), so this item cannot be returned. We hope you understand.
Sustainability is in our DNA, which is why we try to ship our products as sustainably as possible. We bundle our packages, so we don’t have to make unnecessary trips to the post office. Your packages will therefore be shipped within 3-5 working days.
A longer delivery time applies for the personal lining, cause it’s custom made. We believe adding something special from yourself creates long lasting products, so we would love to receive your own garment for the inside. Of course we want you to enjoy your personalised bag asap, so as soon as we receive your piece of clothing we get to work. We aim to ship your custom personal lining within 1 week.
All our packages are send with Homerr. Homerr uses existing routes of logistics partners. This way we can save up to 79% CO2 emissions per package.
